What this website itself collects

This website is a static site with no account system, no newsletter sign-up, and no analytics or advertising trackers of its own. Browsing this site does not set any first-party cookies.

Our hosting provider (Vercel) automatically records standard server logs for every visit — such as IP address, browser type, and timestamp — for security and reliability purposes. This is standard practice for any website and is processed by Vercel as our hosting infrastructure provider.

What happens when you make a purchase

Purchases of BUILD (the book), BUILD Community, and BUILD 1:1 are processed entirely by Lemon Squeezy.com, our order processor and Merchant of Record. When you click a purchase button, Lemon Squeezy's checkout loads and directly collects the information needed to complete your order — including your email address, billing details, and payment information.

We do not see or store your full payment details ourselves. Lemon Squeezy acts as the seller of record for these transactions and is independently responsible for that data under its own privacy policy: lemonsqueezy.com/privacy →.

Lemon Squeezy's checkout may set cookies necessary to process your order (for example, to prevent fraud or remember your session during checkout). These are set by Lemon Squeezy, not by this website directly, and only load when you interact with a purchase button.

What we personally receive and use

As the seller, we receive order notifications from Lemon Squeezy (such as your name and email) so we can deliver what you purchased — for BUILD Community and BUILD 1:1, this currently means manually reaching out to you by email to arrange access or scheduling, since these are new, small-scale offerings without automated onboarding yet. We use this information only to fulfill your order and respond to related questions, and do not sell or share it with third parties for marketing purposes.

Your rights

If you are located in the European Union or the UK, you have rights under the GDPR regarding your personal data, including the right to access, correct, or request deletion of data we hold about you. Since most of your purchase data is held by Lemon Squeezy as the Merchant of Record, requests about payment records may need to be directed to them directly.
