These Terms & Conditions govern your use of this website and your purchase of BUILD, BUILD Community, or BUILD 1:1 (together, “BUILD”). By using this site or making a purchase, you agree to these terms. BUILD is operated by an individual seller based in Romania, contactable at buildphilosophy26@gmail.com.

What BUILD is

BUILD is a digital book — The Practical Blueprint for Building a Business That Lasts — sold as a one-time purchase, with two optional add-on subscriptions: BUILD Community (a private community space) and BUILD 1:1 (monthly personal guidance). BUILD is a working body of knowledge created for educational purposes. It is not a course, not a formula, and not a guarantee of any business outcome.

Intellectual property

BUILD — The Practical Blueprint for Building a Business That Lasts is a copyrighted work, protected under Romanian and international copyright law. No part of its text, frameworks, or workbooks may be reproduced, copied, shared, or distributed in any form without prior written permission from the copyright holder. Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use BUILD for your own purposes — it does not transfer any ownership or right to redistribute it. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution may result in civil and criminal liability.

Purchases and payment

All purchases are processed by Lemon Squeezy.com, our order processor and Merchant of Record, who is the authorized reseller of BUILD and responsible for payment processing, tax collection, and related compliance for your transaction. By completing a purchase, you also agree to Lemon Squeezy's own Buyer Terms & Conditions.

The book is delivered digitally and immediately upon purchase. By completing checkout, you acknowledge that you are requesting immediate access to digital content and, where applicable under EU law, that you consent to this and understand that it may affect your statutory right of withdrawal for digital content once delivery has begun.

Subscriptions (Community and 1:1)

BUILD Community and BUILD 1:1 are billed monthly and renew automatically until cancelled. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through the customer portal provided by Lemon Squeezy at checkout or in your order confirmation email. As these are new, small-scale offerings, onboarding (community access or session scheduling) is currently handled manually by us after purchase, typically by email.

Refunds

We do not currently offer a guarantee or refund policy of our own beyond what Lemon Squeezy, as Merchant of Record, applies to prevent chargebacks and disputes under its own policies. See their Buyer Terms & Conditions for details.

Disclaimer

BUILD is a working draft created for educational purposes. Its frameworks, exercises, and case studies are designed to help you think more clearly about your business — they are not a guarantee of any particular outcome. The case studies throughout BUILD are illustrative composites drawn from patterns observed across many small and growing businesses; names, industries, and specific details have been changed or invented, and any resemblance to a specific company or individual is coincidental. Nothing in BUILD, this website, or BUILD Community / BUILD 1:1 constitutes legal, tax, financial, or professional advice. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BUILD's operator is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of BUILD, this website, or any decisions made based on its content. Our total liability for any claim relating to your purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that purchase.

Acceptable use

• You may use BUILD for your own personal or internal business purposes.
• You may not copy, resell, redistribute, or publicly share BUILD's content, in whole or in part, without prior written permission.
• You may not use this website in any way that could damage, disable, or impair it, or interfere with anyone else's use of it.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as BUILD or this website changes. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “last updated” date above. Continued use of the site or an active subscription after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Romania, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer-protection laws of your own country of residence provide otherwise.
